Nigeria’s senior female national team, Super Falcons, have ended this year as Africa’s best in the latest FIFA women’s rankings released on Friday.
The team moved up one place to 37th spot from the last rankings released in September, with 1602 points. Check Out Others!!
The Super Falcons of Nigeria are joined by Cameroon, Ghana, Equatorial Guinea and South Africa in Africa’s top 5. The top 13 places are the same from the last rankings with the United States, Germany, France, Japan and England maintaining the top 5.
In the world ranking, United States maintained the top position, followed by Germany, Japan occupy the third position, while France and England are in fourth and fifth positions respectively.
The next rankings would be released by FIFA on March 25, 2016.
