Man kills his wife, takes her corpse to police to confess

An elderly man in Japan has been arrested for killing his wife and then taking her remains to the police to confess his crime.

The 71-year-old man identified as Masane Tsunematsu killed his 69-year-old wife, Yoko Tsunematsu then dumped her body in his trunk and drove to the police station where he told officers what he had done.Investigators found out the husband strangled his wife with a belt.
During questioning, Masane Tsunematsu told police that he killed his wife because he was tired of taking care of her. He has since been charged with one count of murder.
