The Biebs hit up The Grove in L.A. on Friday and when he left in his icy blue whip ... he punched it, peeling out of the parking lot. Seconds later an LAPD cruiser pulled him over, and apparently wrote him up. It's unclear what he was cited for, but can't be too serious.
